Those ten pages are extracted from the English adaptation of the Volume 1 of my Memoirs. So-called Mémoire Linéaires in French, the series has been infkluenced by the Confucius statement "... If you don't where you're going to, let you know where you are coming from..."

The French tapuscript was translated into English during a trip I made around the world in the falltime 2007. My co-editor is my colleague and good friend Honorary Professor Geoffrey T Benness, FACR, a urologist and a radiologist, Sydney, NSW, Australia. He welcame me many times since 1980 in Australia (Perth, Adelaide, Sydney, Hawks Nest). Both of us spent the month of October 2007 in his condo in Hawks Nest, editing more than 160 pages of the book. 

I requested from the courtesy of some charming ladies in the village to read them in order to test the general interest of the book. Shirley, a NewZealander, supervisor at the motel Oceanside Hawks Nest,told me in her whole life she experienced there is no life that is not interesting. Looma who owns a surf shop in Mungo Road, told me my book is not hearty enough for her and she's right., it's not. I had such a confirmation when I moved to Southern California  where I met a smart young waitress who read the book too. I stayed for two month at the motel "Les Artistes Inn of Del Mar" in Del Mar, at North of La Jolla and San Diego. Another lady, a fluent French-speaking Suedish-American, gave me excellent advices as well. I felt nothing than happy when I met by chance at the inn patio a French lady who was so enthusiastic that she made a connection with a friend of her, Sergio, associate editor at Schuster & Schuster, a major publisher in New York, NY. Even though I never had any official return from my submission, I heard my tapuscript scoring 4 nay vs 3 yea was rejected.
